HINDI POEM RECITATION COMPETITION
On July 22, 2024, St. Xavier’s Kindergarten hosted a vibrant Hindi Poem Recitation event for U.KG students. The young participants showcased their enthusiasm and creativity, reciting poems on a wide range of topics. The event aimed to develop their linguistic skills, boost confidence, and encourage public speaking.
The themes of the poems included, My School, Nature, Butterfly, Save Trees, Fruits, Save Water, Books are Good Friends, Patriotism etc. Each student came up with unique and creative props that added visual appeal to their recitations. These props included handmade trees, butterfly wings, fruit baskets, and water droplets, among others. The diversity in topics and the creativity of the props made the event lively and engaging.
The event not only showcased the oratory skills of the young students but also highlighted their understanding of various important themes. It was a delightful and enriching experience for both the participants and the audience.
Coordinator Anju Bala and the staff members played a pivotal role in organizing the event, ensuring that each student had the opportunity to present their poem with confidence and joy. The event concluded with words of appreciation from the teachers, encouraging the students to continue exploring and expressing their creativity through such activities.
