STRAIGHT LINE STROLL
On July 31, 2024, St. Xavier’s Kindergarten organized a delightful and educational event under the shed area called the 'Straight-Line Stroll.' This activity was specially designed for L.K.G. students, with the indirect objective of teaching them coordination and sportsmanship.
The event was graced by the presence of Principal Rev. Father Eulalio Fernandes, Coordinator Anju Bala, and the dedicated teachers, all of whom actively participated in the stroll alongside the young students. Music played in the background added a cheerful and motivating ambiance, encouraging the children to enjoy and engage fully in the activity.
During the event, the children were guided to walk along a straight line marked on the ground. This seemingly simple task was a practical exercise in balance, coordination, and following instructions, which are crucial skills for their overall development. The involvement of teachers and staff ensured that the children felt supported and motivated throughout the activity.
The 'Straight-Line Stroll' not only provided a fun and engaging experience for the students but also successfully fostered a sense of sportsmanship and teamwork among them. It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to interact with their peers and educators in a playful yet structured setting.
Overall, the event was a great success, achieving its educational goals while providing a memorable experience for the young participants. The participation of Rev. Father Principal Eulalio Fernandes and Coordinator Anju Bala highlighted the importance of such activities in the holistic development of the students at St. Xavier’s Kindergarten.
