Payment of Fees
Payment of Fees
Amalgamated fee is to be paid along with the 1st quarter fee.
Tution fee for 1st quarter is to be paid in the month of April.
2nd quarter from July to Sept.
3rd quarter from Oct. to Dec.
4th quarter from Jan. to Mar.
Even if admission granted in any month after April, fees of the entire term will have to be paid.
Fees is subject to revision annually, at the discretion of Management.
Fees once paid is not refundable on any account.
Caution Money is taken to ensure the School against non-payment or irregular payment of fees and other dues. After deduction of due arrears, the caution money will be refunded when the pupil leaves the School. If the sum is not claimed within a year of leaving the institution, no refund will be made and the sum will be considered as donation to the school.
Fee is payable in advance, by 10th of the first month of every quarter, after which a late fee of Rs. 50/- per day will be levied as late payment of fees. If the due fees is not paid by the end of the month, the name of the pupil will be struck off from the rolls of the School without further intimation. Parents are expected to keep a not of the date of payment, as no reminder on this aspect will be issued by the School.
Initial payment is to made in the School office at the time admission.
A pay-in-slip booklet is issued for depositing the fees with the bank. This booklet shall be collected by the parent/guardians from the School office at the beginning of the academic year, or at the time of admission in the case of a new entrant. Parents should ensure that the name, the allotted admission number and class/Section of the student are correctly entered in the pay-in-slip in order to avoid any inconvenience. The School does not stand responsible for payment not credited to the School accounts due to inadequate/erratic entries in the pay-in-slip.
